THE AMBASSADOR
Having previously worked in the Private Sector and other public institutions, Ambassador Dufu joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a middle-level career officer and spent a major part of her Foreign Service career working on Regional Integration, Policy Planning, Protocol, and Estate Management Issues. Previously, she served as Chief of Protocol, Director for Europe and several other key positions in the Ministry including the ECOWAS National Unit. Over the last sixteen years, she had also had the opportunity to serve in Ghana Mission in Brussels, Belgium as well as Ghana Mission in Ankara, Turkey.
Amb. Dufu holds a Masters Degree in International Relations and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Sciences. She has under taken several professional and administrative courses over the years and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants.
She is married with three children and her hobbies include reading, cooking and music.
